Had Fun today :D

Gosh I had so much fun today.. I woke up around 6am and waited until 11am to run out the door for pride.. now i'm on the subway and was it ever packed with people to the point I was sweating even though it was air-conditioned.. so I didn't make it to Pride until just past 2pm. I walked down the street all the way for almost 10 minutes got myself a few buttons and stickers however the stickers fell off. As soon as I got nearly there I was stopped by police so I explained I wanted to get on the TDSB so after about 3 minutes they let me run through the street to the other side. I noticed music playing and I was like "sh!t to late.." but I still ran and i'm thinking to myself.. "running with flip flops?" so I took my flip flops off and ran bare foot hte rest of the way.

I talked to the staff that volenteer on the sideline and their just like "Well if the teachers let you on be our guests" I ran to the folat and it started going so I'm walking behind it yelling out 'Exuse me!" until someone finally turned around and moved out of the way to let me up. I had to grab hold of the weak wooden placks to get up but after like 3 minutes I managed. Some of the teachers turned to me and where like "Hitch hiker?" right after that 2 more students hitch hiked onto the float and my gosh was it ever packed. They gave me a shirt that I put over 2 other shirts I was wearing, I took off my pins and shakedly put it on, met a few of my old friends from the float last year and we caught up on things. I kept squirting the crowd with water-guns and the odd person had one to so by the time the parade was over I was drenched from head to toe in water and beer hahah.

I met a new-comer on the float and we talked nearly the whole time while both squirting one another with water-guns and the crowd.. my ears also are still popped because of how lowd the music was, my voice is weak from the screaming and laughing, my throat hurts, and I'm tired as hell but it was all worth it!<3

so in conclusion my day was epic, and I can't wait for pride next year<3
